The #Nuggets are actively searching for a wing defender ahead of Thursday's trade deadline and have shown a willingness to discuss a future first-round pick to land one, sources tell @denverpost.

ANALYSIS: Singer added that, "the major obstacle they’ve run into has been their available trade chips and, specifically, the aggregate contracts they’d use to acquire such a defender, one source said. The goal, with next season in mind as well, has always been to land a player who wouldn’t be just a rental."

Denver looks to be trying to take advantage of Nikola Jokic's best years and upgrading at a position where they are extremely thin at would certainly bolster their chances at competing for a title.
