The NBA has informed its 30 teams that they are now allowed to open practice facilities for group practices, workouts and scrimmages with up to 10 players, sources tell The Athletic NBA and Stadium.

ANALYSIS: With still no date on when the 2020-21 season will begin, the NBA will continue to move forward with it's reopening plans. Teams are now allowed to practice in groups of 10 players, but according to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN (Twitter), players who choose to participate must be tested for COVID-19 every day.
