Memphis Grizzlies point guard Ja Morant will reportedly miss 3-5 weeks due to a Grade 2 left ankle sprain.

ANALYSIS: Morant injured his ankle Monday night against the Nets, when he landed on the foot of Brooklyn's Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot as he came down from a block attempt. This is a devastating short-term blow to the Grizzlies, who went on to beat the Nets in overtime and currently sit at 1-2. Morant's season was off to a fantastic start. The 21-year-old had opened the year with a 44-point, nine-assist effort against the Spurs.
