ESPN Sources: The San Antonio Spurs and point guard Tomas Satoransky have agreed to a contract buyout, clearing the way for him to sign a free agent deal with the Washington Wizards.

ANALYSIS: Satoransky played in one game for the Spurs, scoring three points in nine minutes. The 30-year-old was traded to San Antonio from the New Orleans Pelicans in a three-team deal prior to the trade deadline. Satoransky spent the first three years of his NBA career in Washington.
