The Brooklyn Nets announced that All-Star point guard Kyrie Irving will miss Tuesday night's game against Phoenix due to lower back tightness. He joins Kevin Durant as being sidelined for this game, as Durant is currently out with a left hamstring strain.

So far this season Irving is averaging a career-high 28.3 points per game in the 20 games he has played for the Nets.
