Free agent F Solomon Hill has agreed to a one-year deal with the Atlanta Hawks, sources tell ESPN.

ANALYSIS: The wily veteran forward stays in the Southeast Division, just a little further north and west. Hill is a solid 3-and-D wing that will provide the necessary depth for Atlanta granted somebody gets hurt. He could match up well with the more rugged players in certain situations, and Hill's presence as a mentor will be key for the Hawks' younger talents.
