Multiple sources tell The Sacramento Bee the Kings have shown interest in both Ben Simmons and Pascal Siakam, the two most prominent names linked to Sacramento since the trade and free agency frenzy began. ANALYSIS: The Kings have the longest playoff drought in the NBA, so it's understandable that pressure exists to end that streak. Simmons and Siakam have both been embroiled in trade rumors over the past couple of weeks. It remains to be seen what a Kings trade package could look like.
Anderson also added that the Warriors and Clippers have demonstrated interest in Siakam as well, However, per Anderson, "A trade is possible, but not likely, the source said, adding Siakam has no desire to be moved despite the possibility of a rebuilding situation in Toronto."
