Kevon Looney exercises $5.1 million player option, will stay with Warriors

Kevon Looney is exercising his $5.1M option to return to the Golden State Warriors next season, sources tell ESPN.

ANALYSIS: A former first round draft pick in 2015, Looney has spent all of his six-year NBA career in Golden State. The 25-year-old started a career-high 34 games last season, averaging 4.1 points and 5.3 rebounds per game.
