Now that the Lakers have reportedly filled their head coaching vacancy, only one head coach job remains open: the Charlotte Hornets. 

While no one is certain who has the upper hand, the Hornets are expected to choose between Kenny Atkinson and Mike D'Antoni according to Marc Stein in his recent Substack post.

Stein also mentions that if D'Antoni gets the job, former Chicago Bulls head coach Jim Boylen is expected to be part of his staff as an assistant coach.
