The Los Angeles Lakers have re-signed point guard Quinn Cook.

ANALYSIS: Cook played sparingly for the Lakers last season, averaging 5.1 points across 44 games in Los Angeles. But the 27-year-old makes sense as a low-cost point guard with championship experience. He has now been a part of two title-winning squads: last year's Lakers and the 2017-18 Golden State Warriors. Cook is a career 40.7 percent shooter from deep, and can provide instant offense in a pinch.
