Duke men's basketball had a player test positive for COVID-19 and will not compete further in the ACC tournament.

ANALYSIS: Goodman also adds that Duke is preparing for its 2020-21 season to be over entirely, given the "highly unlikely" chance that the Blue Devils miss out on an at-large bid to the NCAA Tournament. Though he did not reveal the name of the player, Goodman reported that the positive test came from a walk-on. Duke was supposed to play Florida State today at 6:30 p.m. ET.
