There is rising buzz New Orleans plans to enter the race for free agent-to-be Kyle Lowry, league sources say.

ANALYSIS: Lowry has been with the Raptors since the 2012-13 season and is an unrestricted free agent this summer. The Pelicans were floated as a name yesterday by Matt Moore of The Action Network, who also mentioned the 76ers, Bulls and Miami Heat as potential suitors.
