The NBA has unveiled the participants for the 2025 Castrol Rising Stars Challenge, set to take place on Friday, February 14, at the Chase Center in San Francisco. This annual event showcases the league's premier first- and second-year players, along with standout talents from the NBA G League.

The 2025 Rising Stars Challenge will feature a four-team mini-tournament format, comprising 10 rookies, 11 sophomores, and 7 G League players. The winning team will earn the opportunity to participate in the All-Star Game's mini-tournament on Sunday, February 16, competing against NBA All-Stars. TNT analyst and WNBA legend Candace Parker will serve as the honorary general manager for the Rising Stars champion, known as Team Candace.
The Rising Stars Challenge is scheduled for 9 p.m. ET on February 14 and will be broadcast live on TNT. Fans can also stream the event via the NBA App and NBA.com.
