The Sheridan Show: Remembering Kobe Bryant with Broderick Turner of the LA Times

Ever since Kobe Bryant was a rookie for the Los Angeles Lakers, Broderick Turner covered him -- first for the Riverside Press-Enterprise, then for the Los Angeles Times, where he is now the Lakers beat writer. Turner had some great tales to tell, such as what motivated Kobe Bryant to get into the gym early every morning to shoot 1,000 shots, and he shared a bunch of those stories with podcast host Chris Sheridan, who also spent two decades covering Bryant, including a stop in Beijing with the 2008 version of Team USA. Have a listen and enjoy. We all miss Kobe a lot, which we were reminded of on the one-year anniversary of his death.
