The 3 NBA All-Star teams will be drafted by team GMs Charles Barkley, Shaquille O&rsquo;Neal, and Kenny Smith. Their teams will then be named Team Charles, Team Shaq, and Team Kenny respectively. Candace Parker will be the GM of the Team Candace, the Castrol Rising Stars Champions.

Scoot Henderson, Anfernee Simons, and Shaedon Sharpe form a promising young core, but Portland will likely spend this season focusing on player development. While they won&rsquo;t be in playoff contention, the Blazers are positioning themselves well for the future, with an eye on growth and improvement.</li>
