According to a report from The Athletic, there was a physical altercation at the Golden State Warriors' practice on Wednesday between Draymond Green and Jordan Poole.

Now, the team is considering disciplinary action towards Green.

The two players reportedly got into a heated discussion and went chest-to-chest, with Green and Poole pushing and shoving each other. It escaled to the point where Green forcefully struck Poole and the two had to be separated quickly. 

Chris Haynes of Yahoo Sports added that Green was "apologetic in aftermath of the altercation," but that "there was a buildup stemming from teammates noticing a change in Poole’s behavior throughout camp with the guard on the verge of securing a lucrative extension."

Haynes also noted that Green and Poole "have a history" and that no other Warriors players felt that the "felt the incident was warranted."

This is a developing situation with Green possibly facing internal discipline following the altercation.
