Toronto has traded Norman Powell to the Portland Trail Blazers for Gary Trent Jr. and Rodney Hood.

ANALYSIS: Powell is shooting nearly 44 percent on three-pointers this season while averaging 19.6 points per game. He should be another high-powered scorer to run behind Damian Lillard and C.J. McCollum. The Raptors acquire a young shot-maker in the 22-year-old Trent Jr. and another rotation-caliber scorer in Hood.
