The NBA is "expected to begin examining online videos circulating of a maskless Kyrie Irving at a family birthday party," according to Adrian Wojnarowski and Malika Andrews of ESPN.
Also, Woj adds, "there’s no belief that he will return to the Brooklyn Nets lineup this week."
Here are two videos of Irving from the party:

It remains to be seen whether the NBA or Brooklyn Nets will punish Irving, who has missed four-straight games due to "personal reasons." According to Wojnarowski, Irving has been ruled out tonight against the Denver Nuggets and he's expected to miss the next two games as well (against the New York Knicks on Wednesday and Orlando Magic on Saturday).
Two days ago, when asked about Irving's absence, Nets head coach Steve Nash wouldn't get into any details.
"Talks with Ky are a private matter," Nash said. "I'm sure you'll hear from him at some point."
