Indiana Pacers close to adding Ronald Nored as assistant coach

The Pacers are closing in on adding former Butler guard (previously Hornets asst coach) Ronald Nored to Rick Carlisle’s staff, league sources tell the Indy Star.

ANALYSIS: Nored was previously an assistant coach for the Charlotte Hornets, and he also coached with the G League's Long Island Nets and Maine Red Claws (now Maine Celtics). The Pacers continue to fill out their staff under new head coach Rick Carlisle, with Nored joining Lloyd Pierce as an assistant.
