ANALYSIS: This is more thinking outside the box knowing that Allen hasn't previously had head coaching gigs. However, Danny Ainge is familiar with Allen since he was one of Brad Stevens' assistants during his days as head coach of the Boston Celtics. If Ainge believes in Allen's abilities, don't be surprised if he gets another interview with the Jazz.
