The NBA announced today that Stephen Curry and Miles Bridges have earned Western and Eastern Conference Player of the Week honors for the opening week of the 2021-22 regular season. Both players led their respective squads to 3-0 starts.
Curry averaged 31.0 points, 9.0 rebounds and 7.0 assists per game in a dominant week. He logged 45 points and 10 rebounds in a win over the Clippers and also helped the Warriors beat the Lakers and Kings. Curry leads the league with 36 made three-pointers.

Bridges, meanwhile, averaged 25.0 points, 8.0 rebounds and 2.7 steals per game for the young Hornets. He logged 32 points and nine rebounds to help Charlotte beat the Nets on Sunday, and is currently shooting a blistering 44.4% from beyond the arc.
