ANALYSIS: The Miami Heat have been riddled all year by injuries and COVID related absences, which has resulted in the reigning Eastern Conference Champs sitting 10th in the Conference with a 14-17 record. Although Miami has played some much improved basketball recently, winning seven of their last ten, they still have much ground to make up to get back into to title contention conversation.

The NBA's disabled player exception granted to Miami will be worth $4.7M and the Heat will have until April 19th to use it.
