The NBA officially announced the eight players who will compete in the 2023 Three-Point Contest during NBA All-Star Saturday Night in Utah.
The following players are participating:
• Damian Lillard, Portland Trail Blazers
• Jayson Tatum, Boston Celtics
• Tyrese Haliburton, Indiana Pacers
• Buddy Hield, Indiana Pacers
• Tyler Herro, Miami Heat
• Kevin Huerter, Sacramento Kings
• Lauri Markkanen, Utah Jazz
• Anfernee Simons, Portland Trail Blazers

These eight players will compete in the two-round, timed shooting competition. Each competitor has 70 seconds to shoot as many of the 27 balls as he can.
Last year, Minnesota Timberwolves big man Karl-Anthony Towns won the Three-Point Contest.
The 2023 Three-Point Contest will air on TNT on Feb. 18 at 8 p.m. ET as part of NBA All-Star Saturday Night.
