Without further ado, let’s dive into our favorite NBA spread bets for the night portion of Monday's postseason slate.
New Orleans Pelicans vs. Phoenix Suns (-2)
Game 5 felt like a pivotal momentum swing that will maintain into Thursday’s massive matchup in New Orleans. Mikal Bridges found his mojo on the offensive end while also shutting down Brandon Ingram and CJ McCollum on the defensive end. If Bridges maintains his offensive aggressiveness, Phoenix is in a great spot to close out this series. Also, Chris Paul is due for one of those vintage CP3 performances. In potential close-out situations, Paul shows up to the utmost degree.
Phoenix has the advantages all across the court. Expect Bridges to lock down Ingram once more to an inefficient clip too. Hammer the Suns to easily cover the 2-point spread.
Pick: Suns -2
Player Props: Brandon Ingram over 25.5 points, Jonas Valanciunas over 12.5 rebounds, Chris Paul over 11.5 assists, Mikal Bridges over 1.5 threes
Utah Jazz (-1) vs. Dallas Mavericks
We’re going to take full advantage of this golden opportunity presented by sportsbooks. Somehow, Dallas is the underdog, and we’re smashing the point spread and moneyline here. Luka Doncic has been fantastic for the Mavericks, plus his backcourt partner in Jalen Brunson is slicing and dicing Utah up.
The Jazz’s inconsistencies are showing up at the worst possible time, and their stars have looked gassed at points. In the end, confidently hammer Dallas in the underdog role to win outright.
Pick: Mavericks +1
Player Props: Luka Doncic over 31.5 points, Donovan Mitchell over 25.5 points, Jalen Brunson over 20.5 points, Rudy Gobert over 14.5 rebounds
