ANALYSIS: Although Harkless has been an NBA journeyman for the past couple of years, expect Harkless to sign on with a team for the 2022-23 season. However, that might come right away or it may mid-season. While Harkless' three-point shooting has fallen off a bit, his defense is pretty stellar.
