Pau Gasol signs with Barcelona in Spain

Pau Gasol, the 20-year veteran big man out of Spain, has announced that he will return to Spain and play for Barcelona for the upcoming season. Gasol had shown interest in making an NBA comeback following an injury riddled year with the Portland Trail Blazers back in 2019, but given his age and injury history, no team extended an offer to the future hall-of-famer.

Gasol will now return to the place where he started his professional basketball career as a young teenager.
