Warriors plan to allow 50% fan capacity at games

ANALYSIS: Joe Lacob went on to say the Warriors are ready to spend upwards of $30 million to test all players, fans, and employees before each game. With the expectation that most markets will not open up sporting arenas to fans, the Warriors could have a significant home court advantage if their rapid testing plan works out.
