Kyrie Irving (back) active tonight against LeBron, Lakers

The Brooklyn Nets announced that guard Kyrie Irving, who was initially listed as probable, will indeed be active tonight and play against the Los Angeles Lakers. Irving missed Brooklyn's previous outing vs. the Suns with lower back tightness, but will give it a go tonight as he gets set to take on former teammate, LeBron James. Although the Lakers will be without Anthony Davis (Achilles) and the Nets will be without Kevin Durant (hamstring), this potential finals preview is still expected to be a heated battle.

Irving and James have had their feuds off the court recently, which makes this head-to-head matchup even more enticing from a fan's perspective. Irving is averaging a career-high 28.3 points per game this season on 53% shooting from the field and LeBron is doing LeBron things averaging 25/8/8 in over 34 minutes per game.

Tip off is tonight at 10 PM ET on TNT.
