After 35 years of ownership, Gail Miller and family have agreed to sell the Utah Jazz to Qualtrics founder Ryan Smith.

ANALYSIS: The Millers, after owning the Jazz for decades, agreed to sell the team to a lifelong Utah resident in Smith. The deal reportedly includes Vivint Arena, per Wojnarowski, and is pending approval from the NBA's Board of Governors.
