Former Denver Nuggets guard Markus Howard is set to join Baskonia Vitoria-Gasteiz, according to Donatas Urbonas of BasketNews. Urbonas added that the two sides agreed to a two-year deal.

He appeared in 31 NBA games last season, averaging 4.1 points on 40% 3-point shooting in less than 6 minutes. Howard went for a career-high 25 points in the last game of the 2021-22 regular season against the Los Angeles Lakers.
