Brooklyn Nets star Kevin Durant is expected to commit to Team USA for the Tokyo Olympics this summer, sources tell me and @anthonyVslater. Durant averaged 34.3 points, 9.3 rebounds and 4.4 assists over 12 games this postseason.

ANALYSIS: Durant is set to join Washington's Bradley Beal, Phoenix's Devin Booker, Portland's Damian Lillard, Golden State's Draymond Green and Boston's Jayson Tatum as NBA stars to commit to Team USA. Helmed by Greg Popovich, the team will seek their fourth consectuive gold medal this summer after taking home the hardwre in 2008, 2012 and 2016.

 

Training camp is set to take place in Las Vegas starting July 6.
