The 27-year-old Vonleh played in 23 games for the Celtics this season but was only used in reserve play, averaging 7.5 minutes per game. With Robert Williams III recently returning from injury, his playing time had been reduced even further.
Vonleh has on a non-guaranteed contract that was set to become guaranteed on Jan. 7.
