Suns give Bucks permission to meet with Jae Crowder

The Milwaukee Bucks have reportedly been in pursuit of Jae Crowder since before this season but have yet to work out a deal with the Phoenix Suns.

With the Feb. 9 NBA trade deadline approaching, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports that the Suns have given the Bucks permission to meet with the veteran forward and Milwaukee is "believed to be the only team that has received permission to visit one-on-one with Crowder".

He adds that the teams have been in serious talks for months with current proposals involving Jordan Nwora, George Hill, Serge Ibaka and second-round picks. Both teams are trying to find a third team that could give the Suns a forward but so far, they've come up empty.

Several other teams, including the Miami Heat and Atlanta Hawks, are also interested in Crowder according to Charania.
