ANALYSIS: With the draft starting on Nov. 18th and free agency beginning just two days after on the 20th, the NBA is now close to coming up with a date for when transactions will be allowed again. This date will have to be before the NBA 2020 Draft opens up to allow teams in the draft to complete trades. It will also give players a chance to opt-in or out of their expiring contracts before free agency begins.
