Three Celtics players face seven-day quarantine

Three Celtics players -- Tristan Thompson, Grant Williams and Robert Williams -- are facing a minimum seven-day quarantine due to league health and safety protocols.

According to Adam Himmelsbach of the Boston Globe, Robert Williams was the lone Celtics player to test positive for COVID-19 and has been asymptomatic. Thompson and Grant Williams are out for contact tracing.

ANALYSIS: An initial report also included Carsen Edwards, but Charania updated his report and excluded Edwards. The number of positive cases is starting to increase around the NBA, and this latest announcement guts the Celtics' big man rotation. Now, Daniel Theis and Tacko Fall are the lone bigs available to play.
