Cavs guard/forward Isaac Okoro out for 2-3 weeks with 'elbow sprain'

The Cleveland Cavaliers announced the following injury update on guard/forward Isaac Okoro:

"Cavaliers guard/forward Isaac Okoro left Sunday night’s game at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse against Indiana in the second quarter with a left elbow injury and did not return to action. Initial examination and an MRI administered today at Cleveland Clinic Sports Health confirmed a left elbow sprain. Okoro will now undergo a period of treatment and rehabilitation and his return to play will be approximately 2-3 weeks. His status will be updated as appropriate."

The Cavs, who are already short at the guard position, will now be without Okoro for some time after he was filling in for the injured Ricky Rubio and Collin Sexton. It's unclear when newly acquired guard Rajon Rondo will be available to play, but once cleared, he figures to be in line for some rotational minutes for Cleveland.
