Jrue Holiday leaves opening night vs. Nets with right heel contusion

The Milwaukee Bucks announced via Twitter that starting point guard Jrue Holiday would not return to the game due to a right heel contusion. It's unclear when Holiday suffered the injury, but he was ruled out for the rest of the game right before halftime.
