The Boston Celtics added guard/forward Jaylen Brown to the injury report on Thursday afternoon due to soreness in his left knee.

Brown comes as a surprise addition to the injury report for the Celtics, but he is also coming off playing 37 minutes and then 35 minutes in Boston's Tuesday/Wednesday back-to-back set. It seems likely that the Celtics are just being extra cautious with their 24-year-old star, but they still could choose to hold him out on Friday against the Atlanta Hawks, as he is officially listed as 'questionable.'
