J. Cole signs deal to play in Basketball Africa league

American rap star J. Cole is signing a deal in the Basketball Africa League with Rwanda's Patriots B.B.C.

ANALYSIS: Charania also adds that Cole plans to play three-to-six games with the team, starting with a matchup against Nigeria on Sunday. The Basketball Africa league is a new endeavor led by Amadou Gallo Fall, and features 12 teams from around the continent.
