The Eastern Conference All-Stars defeated the Western Conference All-Stars in the 2024 NBA All-Star Game, 211-186, with the East setting the record for the most points in an All-Star Game.

Milwaukee Bucks point guard Damian Lillard was named the All-Star MVP after totaling 39 points, 11 threes and 6 assists. Minnesota Timberwolves big man Karl-Anthony Towns led the West with 50 points and 8 rebounds in the losing effort.
