Woj: Lakers only team showing interest in Kyrie Irving sign-and-trade

The Los Angeles Lakers are currently the only team showing an interest in a sign-and-trade for Nets guard Kyrie Irving, according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski. No sign-and-trades can be formally discussed until after 6 PM on Thursday. Brooklyn isn't believed to have interest in available Lakers packages.

Irving does have a $36 million player option for next season. If he decides to opt out, he would be able to sign with the Lakers for the mid-level taxpayer exception (but he'd be leaving a lot of money on the table). Irving has until Wednesday to decide on his option.
