Restricted free agent G Jordan McLaughlin has agreed to a new three-year deal with the Minnesota Timberwolves, sources tell ESPN.

ANALYSIS: Vanderbilt came to Minnesota via trade from Denver in 2019-20 and started 30 games for the team last season. The 22-year-old averaged 5.4 points and 5.8 rebounds per game, and also shot over 71% around the rim.

McLaughlin has worked his way up through the Wolves' development program and gets a full deal after signing two two-way contracts. The 5-foot-11 guard averaged 5.0 points and 3.8 assists across 51 games in 2020-21.
