ANALYSIS: Honestly, this is a well-deserved second chance for Atkinson after everything fell apart for him in Brooklyn. Charlotte is a young team looking to continue to develop the promise of its maturing talent. Atkinson made a name for itself because of how well he developed the young players Brooklyn had before they brought in Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving. This could pay dividends for the young Hornets.
