Richaun Holmes wins sole custody of his son
A Los Angeles court awarded Kings center, Richaun Holmes, sole physical and sole legal custody of his son, according to James Ham of ESPN 1320. Holmes' ex-wife defied LA court order and took the child to Georgia. A Georgia court conferred with LA court and ruled in Richaun's favor. Richaun now has his son.

ANALYSIS: It's hard not to be happy for Holmes knowing what was at stake for him. His ex-wife's allegations not only could have potentially cost him his son but his playing career too knowing how serious child abuse allegations are. By winning the custody battle in two states, Holmes won't have the abuser label potentially getting in the way of playing professional basketball. For now at least.
