Nuggets finalizing 2-year, $32 million contract with Will Barton

Free agent guard Will Barton is finalizing an agreement to re-sign with the Denver Nuggets on a two-year, $32 million deal.

ANALYSIS: Barton has been with the Nuggets since 2015. The 30-year-old had a solid 2020-21 season as the starting small forward, averaging 12.7 points and 4.0 rebounds per game. Should the deal be agreed upon, he'll return to a Denver team looking to avenge its first-round postseason exit.
