Bulls interviewing Kenny Atkinson, assistants

In addition to former Brooklyn Nets head coach Kenny Atkinson, the Chicago Bulls are "talking to several assistant coaches still involved in the playoffs, including Milwaukee's Darvin Ham, Denver's Wes Unseld Jr. and Miami's Dan Craig," according to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.

Chicago was also granted permission to speak with "Dallas Mavericks assistants Jamahl Mosley and Stephen Silas, Philadelphia's Ime Udoka, Minnesota's associate head coach David Vanterpool and current Bulls assistant Chris Fleming," per Wojnarowski.

ANALYSIS: The Bulls fired Jim Boylen after a 22-43 season, which ranked 11th in the Eastern Conference. Considering Chicago is a large market, the franchise has a rich tradition and the team has an attractive core (which includes Zach LaVine, Lauri Markkanen, Wendell Carter Jr. and Cody White among others), the Bulls' vacancy is a very attractive gig.
