Hayward to return at some point in ECF

ANALYSIS: After going down in the first round with an ankle injury, Celtics forward Gordon Hayward is expected to play at some point the Eastern Conference Finals according to head coach Brad Stevens. This will come as a big boost to the Celtics rotation as Hayward provided 17.5 points per game for Boston this year.

Game 1 against Miami is Tuesday and an update on Haywards status should be provided then.
