Magic, Markelle Fultz agree to 3-year, $50 million extension

Markelle Fultz has agreed to a three-year, $50 million extension with Orlando, his agent Raymond Brothers of @RocNationSports tells ESPN.

Source: Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN

ANALYSIS: Fultz posted career-best averages of 12.1 points, 5.1 assists and 1.3 steals per game in his first season with the Magic, which is likely why Orlando is betting on the former first overall pick. He's become much more efficient with his scoring, despite his three-point shot still needing much work. It will be interesting to see how his development continues under this organization with some stability.
