Porzingis listed as probable to make Mavs season debut vs. Hornets

Tuesday's 5:30 p.m. NBA injury report lists Kristaps Porzingis as probable in the Dallas Mavericks' upcoming game vs. the Charlotte Hornets.

ANALYSIS: This is huge news for the Mavs, who have managed to win three straight games and four of their last five without Latvian stretch big man, and now are dealing with a slew of missing players due to the coronavirus protocols. Porzingis averaged 20.4 points and 9.5 rebounds per game last season for Dallas, and looked solid in the team's series vs. the Los Angeles Clippers before being forced out of action with a knee injury. Now ready to get back into action, Luka Doncic will have his two-man game partner by his side as the Mavs look to ascend the Western Conference standings.
