NBA announces Slam Dunk Contest participants, judges
The NBA officially announced the four players who will compete in the 2023 Slam Dunk Contest during NBA All-Star Saturday Night in Utah.
The following players are participating:
• K.J. Martin, Houston Rockets
• Trey Murphy III, New Orleans Pelicans
• Jericho Sims, New York Knicks
• Mac McClung, Philadelphia 76ers
The four dunkers will compete in the two-round competition. The NBA also announced that this year's Slam Dunk Contest will be judged by Karl Malone, Dominique Wilkins, Harold Miner, Lisa Leslie and Jamal Crawford.
The Slam Dunk Contest will air on TNT on Feb. 18 at 8 p.m. ET.
Last year, New York Knicks forward Obi Toppin won the 2022 Slam Dunk Contest in Cleveland.
